Lynes Home Inspections Fee Schedule
Southern Beaufort County (South of the Broad River including Hilton Head Island, greater Bluffton, Sun City Hilton Head, etc.)
The fee for all inspections is determined by the unit's overall square footage, not heated space. The fee schedule is as follows.

| Punch List | $125 for the first 1999sf then $50.00 per each additional 1000 sf. |
| Saturday Inspections | Additional $50.00 |
| Pool Inspections (starting at) | $125.00 |
| Late Payments | 10% after 60 days then additional 10% per month after |
| Payments at Closing | $35.00 |
| Re-Inspections | $125.00. Re-inspection checks only for those items observed in our original inspection report. |
| Walk-Through Inspection | $200. In a Walk-Through Inspection all major appliances including HVAC are tested again for basic function |
